With that in mind, when selecting a gift on our website you will now see the option to add a video message to your order free of charge.

The recipient opens their package, scans the included QR code, then watches the video message you uploaded. Our new video messages are the perfect way to share your sentiments in a personal way, as video messages harness the power of sight and sound, doing a better job of communicating your emotions, while adding a personal touch to a gift sent by mail.

After the transaction is complete you receive an email with instructions on how to set up the video.

You follow easy steps to record, upload your video messages within 24 hours. This will not hold up the shipment of the order, because the QR code will be generated at the time of the order, so that we can print it out and include it with the order.
