Shipping policy

Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will be shipped from Lore's Chocolates in Philadelphia on the next business day. Additionally, orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that Lore's does not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to minimize transit time.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partner, UPS, and are not guaranteed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping, or longer for large quantity orders.

When online orders are placed for shipping, we will be shipping them ASAP. We are not able to hold orders for shipping at a later date.

During the warmer months, typically from May through August, the weather can be too warm and somewhat unpredictable. To ensure the highest quality of our products, we limit or exclude shipping. Regular shipping usually resumes in late September.

Currently, shipping is suspended for the summer months.
