Shipping policy

Currently, chocolate shipping is limited.
Shipping for chocolates is only available in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and select North Central States: 

CT, DC, DE, IA, IL, IN, MA, MD,
ME, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY,
OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WI, WV

We hope to add to these states as the weather continues to cool. If you have special circumstances and need shipping outside of these locations, please contact us, and we will attempt to assist you with your order, if possible.

Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will be shipped from Lore's Chocolates in Philadelphia on the next business day (Monday - Wednesday).

Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Lore's does not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to minimize transit time.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partner, UPS™, and are not guaranteed. Please allow at minimum 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Larger orders will require more time.

We do not hold online orders for later shipping. If you need an order shipped at a later date (within 2 weeks), please call 215-627-3233 to coordinate. 

We suspend or restrict shipping during the warmer months to ensure the highest quality of our product. Typically, shipping is suspended from May through early September. The weather is too warm and unpredictable during these months. Shipping generally resumes in late September.
