Temperature Matters

To keep your Lore’s chocolate tasting its absolute best, try to avoid extreme temperature swings. Too warm, and the chocolate can melt. Too cold, and the chocolate will bloom, leaving the surface texture slightly powdery and off-colored. So don’t refrigerate.
 
If this happens, however, don’t worry—your chocolate is still perfectly fine to eat. It’ll just look different and may feel less silky as it melts in your mouth.
 
We ship Lores’ Chocolates within the 50 US states, and we keep an eye on the temperature. When making an online purchase, anytime the temperature rises to 70 degrees, we ship your chocolates on ice to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
