Toasted Coconut Marshmallows

Our fluffy handmade marshmallow recipe is delicious covered in chocolate, but uncoated and sprinkled with toasted coconut, makes it the perfect road-trip, melt in your mouth, not in your hand, treat.

Our famous marshmallows begin by cooking the secret ingredients over an open flame, then they’re whipped to just the right fluffiness, not too soft, not too chewy, but always creamy. The batch is poured and left to cool overnight on traditional candy maker slabs from the 1890’s.

Marshmallow Process

 

The next day, we sprinkle toasted coconut on the slabs and cut them to size, and bag them for instant consumption!
